Returns:

Please take care when choosing your size to avoid having to return your pieces. 
We accept returns on pieces you have changed your mind on for a Credit Note, which is valid for 1 year from the issue date.
To be eligible for a Credit Note, please contact us via email within 7 days of your item/s being marked as delivered and we will provide you with return instructions. 
To be eligible for a credit note, it must meet our Returns Policy
- You must contact us via email within 7 days of your item/s being marked as delivered.
- The items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with original tags and                packaging in tack.
- The customer is required to cover the shipping cost.
- Gift vouchers are not eligible for return. 
      If your return does not meet these conditions, we will be unable to accept your items and they will be returned to you.

      Order Cancellations/Changes:

      Once your order has been placed and processed we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order. If you need to change your order or shipping details, please contact our Customer Care team straight away at hello@iliaapparel.com and our team will advise the status of your order and if changes can be made.
